Where are we?

We rehearse at  Shrewsbury United Reformed Church hall.

Some things you might like to know

What we sing

We have a varied repertoire ranging from major concert works   such as our recent  Bach's St. Matthew Passion and Brahms' German Requiem to lighter concerts where we sing a variety of  short pieces, madrigals and modern part songs.

Current vacancies

Right now we're only looking for tenors, but if you are not so gifted,  but would like to join us later, please contact us.

We have a red carpet laid out for you

and don't worry if you've never sung before.

The choir is non-audition. We welcome singers of all ages prepared to give a high level of commitment to attending rehearsals and taking part in concerts. Experience of choral singing is helpful. Prospective new singers are invited to attend a few rehearsals to find out if the choir would suit them. Please use the form below to contact us or just come along to a rehearsal.

Do I have to be able to read music? Not essential but helpful.

Must I be able to sight read music? Not essential but helpful.
